What's in it for Motomart?
We charge a buyer’s fee for our service.
Can I pay afterwards or in part?
We need the full amount upfront to cover the cost of buying and shipping your car.
What sort of updates will I get?
You will receive regular reports via email, along with photos and documents (an auto report and a copy of the Bill of Lading).
How long until my car gets here?
Usually 35 to 60 days from when you make payment. It depends on how lucky we are at auction and how soon the cargo ship loads and departs. Please note, delays due to other factors may occur.
How about the import duty?
We will inform you of the amount due once the Bill of Lading is ready. Prompt payment will help avoid late fees and penalties.
Can I handle shipping & clearing?
The service we offer is end-to-end, so we'll take care of all that for you.
I need help with my papers?
We are happy to help you out with your vehicle documents (the certificate of roadworthiness, vehicle registration and auto insurance).
How about delivery?
We will assist in arranging delivery of your new car to you anywhere in Nigeria. Best of all, delivery to locations within the Lagos metro area is FREE!

Dealer auto auctions in the USA, like ADESA, Manheim and America’s Auto Auction. These auctions are only open to licensed car dealers and offer lower-than-retail prices.
Can I request a refund on my payment?
Yes, as long as you make the request before we buy. Send an email with the subject “Payment refund", processing will take 5-10 business days. Please note the refunded amount will be minus applicable transaction charges.
